I'm trying to delete the guide, but it can't be deleted with this "0x80040227" code. The record cannot be deleted because it is associated with another record. There is nothing in the guide, but the record cannot be deleted because it is related. How can I delete it?

Hi Junwoo, I wanted to follow up and see if you are still getting this error? If so, I would open a support ticket with CSS:

1. Go to dynamics.microsoft.com/.../.

2. Under Customer Engagement help + support, select GET SUPPORT.

3. Find a phone number or submit a support request through the admin center.

Let me know if you have any issues opening a ticket.
