REFRESH & ANALYSIS VIEWS

Every time I send a page or list to excel or even "preview" a report, it makes me "refresh" the page and I lose the preview.  I have to download no matter what cause the "refresh" happens every time I run anything.  It's constant.  Could that be a browser issue?
"We paused while you were away. Please refresh to continue". 
 
Also, I am not interested in analysis mode or co-pilot on my task bar.  I like the way I was set up before the last update and it doesn't let me remove these icons and it's right next to the search bar so when I accidently hit one of them, it interrupts my flow.  Is there a way to get rid of those I'm just not finding?

    There are features which needs to be turned off, however you have to make yoruself comfortable for future, because these features will be on by default after couple of months.

    Hi,
    1.You can try clearing your browser cache or changing browsers to see if it's a browser-specific issue.
    2.Depending on your version, for environments on version 10.0.40, the feature that displays Copilot's sidecar user experience in Finance and Operations apps is always enabled. For environments on versions 10.0.38 and 10.0.39, you can disable or turn on copilot in the Feature Management workspace.     Enable generative help and guidance with Copilot - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn
