AIF Integration Error

HI,

I am doing an Aif inbound port integration using file system adapter.I am importing an xml file using the standard free text invoice service service.

it works perfectly in one company but when i switch the company i get the following error:The request failed with the following error:  Object reference not set to an instance of an object  in the exception.

would be grateful if somebody can help me
