Outlook shared Mailbox timespan cache limit is for 1 month only - Office 365 , Exchange 

Our users who are members of a shared mailbox are seing an error at the end of shared mailbox /Currently displaying all messages newer then 1 month/ Is there any possibility to remove this limit & let them to have mail upto 3 moths in the same place for that shared mailbox. I have applied cache retention policy on the shardd mailbox for three months but still it is showing the same what can be the reason?

    Our team analyzed your issue and according to the information our team searched for, if you set cache for one month before, the data outside of that month has already been deleted, and even if you set cache for three months now, since the data has already been deleted, the data you see hasn't changed.
     
    Let me give you an example to help you better understand the above paragraph.
     
    You had 3 months of data before, but since you only set the cache to 1 month, the data for January and February have been deleted, so you can only see the data for March. Now you change the setting to cache for 3 months, but since the data for January and February have been deleted, you still only see the data for March, which may give you an illusion that the setting has not taken effect.
