Data package fails in Recurring file (folder) Integration in D365FO

Came to know ODBC as Data Management's Source Data Format does not work in Cloud version of D365FO. It only works with the on-premise version of D365FO. Due to which I am doing folder integration using GitHub's Recurring integration. As far as individual file/data entity is concerned, everything works smooth. Files are being picked up from the folder, respective data are created in D365FO. But when it comes to data package import (as I have several different files/entities to import in D365FO) with the same Github's Recurring Integration concepts, it gives me the following "Pre-processing failure" error although the file moves from Input folder to In-process folder:

The following are the settings I have been using in Recurring Data Jobs Processor:

Apart from this, I will have to create multiple copies of Recurring Data Jobs Processor each for new data push scenarios i.e. Employee, Budget.. so on so forth which does not make sense.

It may be because you use a RAR archive instead of ZIP.

Also, consider looking at the latest solution, Recurring Integrations Scheduler.

    Thanks Martin for your inputs!

I will review Recurring Integrations Scheduler for sure.

Regarding compression, I have tried ZIP, RAR, Windows compression....did not work in all cases. When I re-compress the downloaded data package. It fails :( Please refer another thread for more details.

Was this resolved? I happen to have an identical issue.
