How to send custom e-mail when sending customer statements

I am e-mailing customer statements directly from business central.

Can I customize e-mail subject line and include a custom message in the body of the email?

I just want each e-amil going out to say the following:

''Subject: Outstanding invoices

Please find attached your latest statement from XYZ "

You need to create a custom word layout that includes your custom message. You would then select the custom word layout in the screenshot I originally posted. This blog post explains it well.

As far as I know, this is possible. Hope the following can give you some hints.

Customizing the email subject automatically is possible but it requires customization. There's a similar thread here. Otherwise, if you send each statement one at a time, you can open the email prompt page and change the subject manually prior to sending the email.

Including a custom message is possible out of the box. If you go to the Report Selection - Sales Page, under the customer statement dropdown there is a Email Body Layout field you can select.
