    Hey Syrine,

Did you checked your Event Viewer?

There must be some error logged. Check out this link if it helps you.

Please check your event viewer log and let us know what is logged over there, there are several reasons for the server failing to start. The event viewer will have detailed information to debug and provide solution for you.

    Hi,

It is because of the certificate thumbprint might have some spaces. Just copy it to a notepad and delete all the unwanted spaces and paste it again in the NAV service instance.

To be on the safer side, also attach the Event Viewer log.

    Hope it helps.

    Hi,

    I agree to Nareshwar RV.

There should be blank spaces which are creating issues and as @Suresh said you will see the same error in the event viewer.

Check this Link and follow the steps:

    msdynamicsnavashwinitripathi.wordpress.com/.../implementing-security-certificates-to-support-login-over-a-wan

the entire information is split in no of posts, you can follow the link.

May be some issue with Certificate or Thumprint.

Also check the event viewer sometimes it don't allow to register the secure ports due to deligation requirement on server.

check this too which will give you some idea on this :
