How to run batch job Named user license count reports ?

"Hi,

About batch job name "Named user license count reports", how to run this and run now ?

I tried to change the recurrence schedule StartTime to be few minutes in advance, but it is not starting ?

Hi Voltes,

I can see that there is already a record in the batch job form for today's date. And if you put the recurrence 1 day as per the screenshot, then it will run again tomorrow as u already ran it.

If would like to run it again just for today and without waiting for tomorrow, then just run the batch job again without recurrence by clicking on the menu item of this job

Hi Voltes,

The status of your batch job is Ended. To make it available for new runs you can change the status to Waiting.

Hi,

You can change the recurrence for example to run every hour, or you can manually modify scheduled Start date to be now.

I guess you already have all the required input from the experts, just to add- user license count is mainly used for audit purpose, hence you can think of weekly once recurrence or by weekly to avoid unnecessary batch running daily.

Hi all,

Thanks. Actually I've been trying since yesterday to mark this thread to close it.

All answered are great, but I'd like to mark Andre's as the main reason why my batch job cannot run because it is Ended. Initially I thought by change the time, it will automatically start again.

Please help to mark it, hope the function can be fixed... someday :D
