Integration of Purchase orders from the third party software to Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations

Hi,

Currently, my company wants to integrate a Purchase order process from a third-party solution to Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. The process we wanted is provided below.

An API From D365FO to the Purchase Order system - Vendor details, Project details, legal entity details, and exchange rates
An API From Purchase order system to D365FO - PO number, item codes, quantity, amount, project code, legal entity details once the purchase order is approved in the system
An API From Purchase order system to D365FO - Good receipt note to activate the PO for the 3 way matches to the invoice and payments
An API From D365FO to the Purchase Order system - Payment details to close the PO

Can this be done with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations? Do we need the customization in Dynamics 365?
