How can I add Matching Strategy Attributes to my Matching Strategy

Hi y'all,

Quick question. With the transition to Real-time I want to copy our Contact Matching Strategies from Outbound to Real-time

However, compared with Outbound Matching where I can easily add new Matching Attributes (see image 1), I do not have the option to do it with Form Matching Strategies (see image 2).

Am I doing something wrong or have I overlooked a settings? I am at wits' end, right now.

I hope you can help me!

Thanks,
I have the same question (0)

How can I add Matching Strategy Attributes to my Matching Strategy
    Hi,

In fact, the configuration process of these two matching strategies is extremely similar. The difference being, outbound matching strategy cannot add field attributes when it is used while real-time can.
I notice there is no /+ New Match Strategy/ button in Image 2, perhaps you could check by clicking on the three dots on the right to expand more.

I hope this helps, but please let me know if you need anything else or if you have any other questions.
    thanks,
    Haig Liu

    Hi Haig Liu,

Thank you for your quick reply.

However, the absence of the New Match Strategy is the problem. On every online documentation, I see that everyone has the New Match Strategy button to make the Matching Strategy work. It is also not an option when I select the three dots.

Therefore, I have my suspicion that it is an error in the back-end settings, but I do not have the rights nor the knowledge to check it.

If someone has some tips, I would love to hear it.

    Thanks in advance!
