There must be a record in a related table. Check all tables referenced by delete actions on CustTable with DeleteAction equal to Restricted or Cascade + Restricted.

    Solution:

    1) Error occurring as there are record exist in the DimesionAttributeLevelValue table for the customer

    2) Go to the DimensionAttributeLevelValue table --> filter by Customer number in the DisplayValue field --> you can see the records exist in the table for the customer

    3) Delete the record from the table

    4) After this try deleting the customer

(It will allow you to delete the customer record)

    Thanks for posting this!!

I was able to resolve a similar issue we had in Project Accounting using your resolution.  We were unable to delete a sub-project, we were receiving the following error message:  "A financial dimension value is based on the <sub-project id> record and has been used on a transaction.  You cannot delete the <sub-project id> record."

Following your resolution, I was able to browse to the DimensionAttributeLevelValue table, find the sub-project ID in the DisplayValue field, and after deleting the record from the table, we were able to delete the sub-project.
