This is what I have done. I have added the Object Type (Page), Object ID (21) and Service Name to the web servies and publish it. I tried to use the following address:

    http://servername:8080/DynamicsNAV2013/WebClient/list.aspx?company=CRONUS%20Canada%2c%20Inc.&page=21

    But the error showed:

The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.  Please review the following URL and make sure that it is spelled correctly.

So what is the correct address for the object 21? Thank you!

I have figured it out. Now I can only access from the web browser where RTC is installed, but cannot access from another computer. The error showed:

You are not authorized to sign in. Verify that you are using valid credentials and that you have been set up as a user in Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

Do you use Windows Authentication for this user?

This like as you are not setup users (as Mohana said): authentication and permission. Maybe you are not setup user personalization for this user and user use default profile without permissions. Try to with super role user to connect.

Object 'page=21' is Customer Card and because of that it's look like, your user have not enough permissions.

Thank you for all your advice! Yes, I have set up this user (administrator) and assigned the super role.

But I have questions on the link, which I retrieved from the IIS. Per Microsoft doucmentation, the link should be

    http://servername:8080/DynamicsNAV2013/WebClient/list.aspx?company=CRONUS%20Canada%2c%20Inc.&page=21

But the link I retrieved from IIS has list of long codes like aedededdeellcvf before page=21 and I don't know where this long list of codes come from? Is the long list of codes this computer identification code? So if I use the same address in another computer, should the code be different? Please advise!

    Thank you!

I guess you are not using Windows Authentication as per your another Post.

Please follow the link which I have given in that Post to Configure Users..

Hi experts. Thank you for your advice!

I have set up everything: users, permission sets, profile, and personization. Below is the default page adddress.

    http://localhost:8080/List.aspx?company=CRONUS%20Canada%2c%20Inc.&node=ed29feaf-58ac-4c7a-8c7f-792d5cfd9aa0&mode=View&page=9006&i=271&ni=3

When I run the address in another computer and the user of this computer has been set up in NAV,  it popped up the screen for user id and pasword. After I typed in the user id and password, it showed: A server error has occurred, and the content cannot be displayed.  I reopened the web browser serveral times and still couldn't get rid of it.

I don't understand the rule of the web address and Why does the node show here? If I want to show the page 21, is the address like http://localhost:8080/List.aspx?company=CRONUS%20Canada%2c%20Inc.&node=ed29feaf-58ac-4c7a-8c7f-792d5cfd9aa0&mode=View&page=21&i=271&ni=3

    Thank you very much!

You need to give the server name in Localhost place.

First try to open default webclient rolecenter and then try to set all these filters like specific page and all.

I did give the server name in Localhost place when testing in LAN. But in my post, I listed it as localhost. Thank you!
