Does D365 Conversation Intelligence require Enterprise or Premium?

    Hi Partner,
    Which license you need depends on what features you want to use.
    The documentation is clearly set up, with two sub-divisions below the overview:
    --Conversation intelligence app
    This part of the functionality is required for Premium.
    --Dynamics 365 Sales Hub app.
    This part of the functionality is available to both licenses

    Hello Leah-

    If I understand your reply correctly, conversation intelligence within the Dynamics 365 Sales Hub app (recording, transcribing, and viewing the call summary) is available in the Dynamics 365 Sales Hub app (aka the call record) with either Premium or Enterprise, while the Conversation Intelligence App (https://sales.ai.dynamics.com/) which allows the team manager to see various statistics about their team as a whole... requires the Premium license.
     
    I do not have a premium license (I'm using Enterprise), but I am able to log into the Conversation Intelligence App with no problems, is this expected?
