Hi,
I have a DIXF service that wont start with my AOS account from the LIVE environment but it will start with the AOS account from TEST.
Both accounts is added to the "Microsoft Dynamics AX Data Import Export Framework Service Users" group and both users is added to "Log on as a Service".
In the Event Viewer i get the following "Information" message when trying to start with the LIVE account.
Windows detected your registry file is still in use by other applications or services. The file will be unloaded now. The applications or services that hold your registry file may not function properly afterwards. No user action is required.
DETAIL -
1 user registry handles leaked from \Registry\User\S-1-5-21-1283847682-2492584421-3717903716-1448_Classes:
Process 976 (\Device\HarddiskVolume13\Windows\System32\svchost.exe) has opened key \REGISTRY\USER\S-1-5-21-1283847682-2492584421-3717903716-1448_CLASSES
And the service gives this messagebox:
---------------------------

The Microsoft Dynamics AX Data Import/Export Framework Service service on Local Computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs.

When using the TEST account i get no errors at all.
Anyone know why and how to fix it?

Well that worked, but how come? The other user isnt member of local administrator but it still works with that user.
Thanks for the answer.
I gave the user sysadmin rights and db_ssisadmin, db_ssisltduser and db_ssisoperator and it still doesnt work to start the service with that user.
Hi Daniel!
Try adding this AD account into the Administrator Group of this server, doing it this service account will be a local administrator for this server and will have permissions to start and stop the service!
No, its AD account and not Administrator. This should have anything to do with the AOS server because this is only the service on the SQL.
Is this servisse account a Local Administrator at this AOS server?
Hi Daniel,
As it is not mentioned clearly on Technet, I think this account might require more rights than mentioned. Can you check if the user is able to run SSIS?
