How to transfer the files in marketing module to the SIT/Prod?

These files are used in all email templates and once if the files are imported in to the target manually the URL are changed ...that means we need to manually change the files in all the email templates? 

Is there any other way of doing it?

    Unfortunately, there is no way to modify them in bulk.
