Hi All,

Please check below items by either trying through CRM. is it possible in CRM

 questions -

1. if a lead already exists, does it still create a lead or add the email as an activity to the existing lead?
2. if I emails a lead that is already created, will all follow-up emails to and from that lead be tracked in CRM?
3. what if I uses the CRM to actually send and respond to emails?
Thanks
