Correct Free Text Invoice does not activate

Hi! I want to know why in somes cases the button "Cancel - Correct Invoice" activates and in other cases doesnt.

The funcionality is activated, I have invoices of the customer, in one works and other doesnt.

The invoice is open.

Please can someone tell me why this can be happening?

Can you clarify what exact menu path and sub forms you open when you want to cancel or correct a free text invoice?
