Hi!
We are a machine rental company and we have used Fieldservice for a year and are satisfied with that.
Our next step is to get pictures and information from fieldservice agent (using App) to a customerreport made by serviceleader (using standard Fieldservice desktop)
This is how it needs to be done:
1. Machines comes in to our workshop after rental
2. Our techincian takes a check and note alle demages. He takes picture using his Phone and Field Service App.
3. Our fieldservice leader get this as a Case in Field Service Desktop (it dont have to be case but thats what I think is the best)
4. The Fieldservice agent want to create a report to send to the customer. This should containt information about demages and pictures
If we use "note" in the fieldservice app it only comes in to the timeline. Then it have to be downloaded and then uploaded for the report.
A very hard way.
Somebody have an idea how this can be done more easy?

Are you using the Field Service Mobile App Powered by Resco?
If so you can create a mobile report including the pictures you have taken and email directly from the mobile device
