Hi,
Basically we are adding users in azure and it takes sometime between 5-15 mins to be added in teams in dynamics.
Is there any way to force sync AAD security group in Dynamics so we dont have to wait?

on learn.microsoft.com/.../troubleshooting-user-needs-read-write-access-organization you have exactly the answer to your question. YES, it's possible to force sync. YOu can do this:
- using powershell
- if the users are added to the AzureAD security group, and there's a role assigned, they will be automatically synced to the environment if they try to login (JIT PROVISIONING)
- there's a Power Automate connector for azure and another for PowerPlatform. You can use them together to retrieve the Security Group, the members and then force the sync
- There's also a template provided on the same link that uses the previous connectors
