Hello i am a small business owner in service hvac/ventilation and been thinking about the best way to give customers feedback from the inspections questions and answers.
My problem is that to build history on each asset i need to have an inspection on each asset that will follow the related servicetask. When i am sending this to the customer its sometimes 15 assets on one order so its complicated and time consuming. If there is noe option to easely get the information from dataverse per workorder and there is noe good option in field service for this fix i was thinking about doing an power automate flow that can be activatet when a work order is finished and send the pdf to a database that is connected to teams and the customer can check the inspections there and at the same time call or ask questions.
Anybody got any thoughts on this, my first consern is that if i make a channel for each customer, how can i get the right inspections to the right place and how much data is it allowed to have per channel?
