Hi all,

I have created a custom view in Account in my CRM 2013 online, but i'd like to limit visualization only to users with certain role. Is it possible? I'm searching online but I can't find a way to do this.

Thanks in advance.

Daniele

    Hello,

The best way would be to create a Personal view and share it with the required users. You can share a personal view by going to Advance Find > Click on Saved views > Select the required view and click on 'Share' from the ribbon. While sharing it would also allow you to choose whether you want to give limited or full permissions on the view to the user you are sharing it with.

    Thank you,

    Rajesh. R

    OK, this work for me.

Is there any way to do the same thing to the default views proposed by CRM?

    Thank you very much.

    Hi Daniele,

To limit visualization on System views or Default views in CRM, you'll have to update the Security Role of each users. Update the privileges on '[View' entity under Customizations.
