Cant create queue

Posted on by 10

Hello, I'm a student using trial tenants and after creating a new one to export my solution there because the old tenant would expire soon I'm having an error creating new queues.

When I try to create a new queue in the new tenant environment it doesn't let me and gives the following error:

"

Error

An error has occurred.

Try this action again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Community for solutions or contact your organization's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator. Finally, you can contact Microsoft Support.

"

When I download the log of errors the first line is:

"System.ServiceModel.FaultException`1[Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.OrganizationServiceFault]: System.Web.HttpUnhandledException: Exception of type 'System.Web.HttpUnhandledException' was thrown. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

Any ideas? The way I'm creating a queue is going from advanced settings, also when I click on an existing record I get the same error.
