Email are going to the approved user's of Dynamics CRM 2013 Online.

Hello All,

We have a requirement that we need to send the email through dynamics crm 2013 online.

For which we have already configured the email but somehow its not working, the emails are not going out from any entity.

We have approved all the user's which are suppose to send the email.

Can anyone please guide on the same.

Tried all the possible solutions found on google.

    Have you tested and enabled the mailboxes? If so did the tests succeed or fail?  If they failed can you include the alert on a mailbox.

    Thanks for the reply.

    I have enabled the mailbox and tested as well and have received the alert which is as follows.

    Your mailbox Shraddha B has been disabled for receiving email. The owner of the associated email server profile Microsoft Exchange Online has been notified. No action is required from you.
