Lead scoring error message on Save

Posted on by 107

Dear Community,

I get an error message to my lead scoring model on save: "Count values aren't valid for that qualifier.".

What does it mean?

In my lead scoring model I have Page visits, email deliveries, opens and clicks. I tried to isolate the conditions but in my tests it always passes the error check.

Let me know.

    Hi Catermina,

The error message you provided is most likely caused by the value of count shown in the following screenshot.

And I noticed that there are generally two sub-conditions in your condition, I wonder if there will be a conflict between them. But I cannot reproduce it, so please provide a screenshot for this part of the setup if convenient.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Best Regards,

    Nya
