Could use your help here... we have two users with the same initials (CB) and it's causing a bit of confusion when looking at the Activity Timeline because both users look the same (see screenshot). Is there a way to change the user initials to their picture or to add an additional letter (maybe for middle name) in this area? Thanks for any suggestions!
I actually went to the user's record and was able to update their picture, and when I did, it now shows that picture for all activity entries instead of their initials. Problem solved.

You cannot change the initials but You can add a prefix/suffix/middle name to the user's first name, like "CB Sr" or "CB Jr" so that once you hover the circle, it will show the full name of that user or like Bipin said, add image on the user's record
