Hi,

we cannot ship transfer order in CU13

when i check the table WHSInventReserve i find AvailPhysical = 1 for the specific inventDim( itemId, serialId,siteId,color,size,statusID,warehouse and location)

when i check in the code, i see that AX loops all hierarchy levels to be considered for calculating the onhand and take the minimum of available qty found for all hierarchy in the method WhsInventOnHand.getReserveAvailQty

also the available physical is 0 on the on-hand form

Do you have any idea please ?

Hi Alex,

That is default system message.

If inventory available stock is 0 then system will not allow to pick Qty. >1 or 1 while proessing transfer order and the reason system is calculating the stock based on Site/Warehouse/Location/Size/Colors hierarchy level because that is been selected in transfer order line.

Yes, indeed, there is no stock available as you can see in my screenshot. The issue is that it should be available to me, as there is no pending reservation.

in std, we must have "available physical = physical stock - physical reserved"

how come I can get this stock ?

Can you check if you have posted the PO product receipt or not to have the available physical for item?

The item has a serial number.

Can you please track what happened with this specific item based on this number?

Maybe one of your colleagues planned or already used it elsewhere?!

please check the transaction of this on hand record, the registered and picked transaction will influence available physical as well.

we found the solution, we have removed the item blocked in this form : inventory management > Periodic > inventory blocking
