We use Gravity Forms to integrate Dynamics with Wordpress.
A member of the Sales team has just created a new Form in Wordpress and added 2 new fields which hadnt been created in Dynamics.
So, I created the 2 new fields, added them to the Lead form in Dynamics, but when I go back to Wordpress to try and map the new fields, they dont appear in the list.
I'm just wondering if anything else has to be done from the CRM end with the new fields I created, as regards mapping or is it an issue with a sync?
