Hello -
I have a user that is unable to access a Customer Voice project that was shared with him by another internal user. The project doesn't appear in his project list and when he clicks the link in the email, he gets a "Sorry, something went wrong" error message. He's been able to access projects before, has the survey roles and Customer Voice license. Any ideas on what might be causing this? Thanks!

Can you open a support ticket or send an email to customervoice@microsoft.com with the tenant id, project URL and the email of the user who is getting this error message so that we can investigate ?

Did you figure this out I am getting today trying to use a Service account to be our main customer voice user.
Unfortunately not. I submitted a ticket with Microsoft, but never heard back. The user has been able to access future projects though, so it was something specific to that project.
