I'm trying to associate a marketing form (event registration template) to an event so I can create follow up actions in the customer journey. But when I switch the button "Use marketing form for registration" to Yes, it cannot find any existing forms while there are several forms ready to use (live);
Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? Thanking you in advance!

Yes, it seems the form got somehow stuck in the "going live" phase, that's why I couldn't see it. Thank you!

Hi Sophieanne,
Please check whether form type of the marketing form is also event registration and the form is in live status.
In other word, the lookup field will only show marketing forms whose type are event registration and status in live.
