Project service app is not showing for one of my colleagues

Hi Guys,

For one of my colleagues, it is not showing the Project Services option like mine

This is mine where it is showing

For my colleague,

No Project service, not even in my apps section.

Any idea?

    Thanks, I created a custom role and added the user to this role with read permission for Model-driven app.

    It is working now.

    Do you have admin access? if not get admin access or ask your administrator to do it. Also you can check if your security role has the app edit privilege.

    Hi

    Try the following

    Type in the URL of your environment as per below but at the end add "/apps"

    org.crm.dynamics.com/apps

    Proceed to look for you app and click on the ellipsis (…)

    Make sure the user's security role is selected for this app.

    Is your colleague has the same license as you? 

    Which security role he has? is that role included in the app properties?
