Events not working after production copy

Hi,

We made a copy of the production to a new sandbox. But it seems it reset the event license on our sandbox. 

When we try to follow the documentation, it sends us to a page that doesnt exist anymore, which sends us to the new powerapps environement management page.

However, we cannot find where to add that special event license to our sandbox. And we cannot find any documentation about that new interface.

Can anyone help us out please? How can we add that special event license to our sandbox marketing instance with the new undocumented interface pretty please?

    Hi,

    Yes, we opened a ticket yesterday. They are still investigating as they have no clue whats going on.

    That's really not a good behavior, I suggest you open a support ticket to ask further assistance on your instance.

    Thank you for your detailed reply. That is the screen we were looking for, indeed.

    However, we have a scary behavior:

    when we click on marketing application and then on manage, we get this scary screen:

    If you purchased a non-production / sandbox instance but don't see it showing up, you can create a Service Request so the Support Team can look deeper into your tenant and purchase history to support.

    It would be helpful if you could share some screenshots about your issue.

    Did you see this page when you opened the event portal?

    Is the following page the "new powerapps environment management page" you are referring to?

    Suggestion: you could check the marketing application in application management page of Dynamics 365 admin center.

    Please check your crm region number and replace the X with your own.

    Try whether you could reconnect the marketing application to portal.
