Top 10 OU Performers in current year report show data but with Retail channel name N/A for second legal entity.

Trend by operating Unit report not showing in second legal entity.

anyone can you guide me to solve this issue or am I missing any configurations.

    Hi Vinod,

We are also facing the same output on this report N/A and unknown, i tried to Change Organization Hierarchy Purpose - Retail reporting and set as default but no difference.

Please share if you have any solution, that would help us.

    Hello Nirmal Raja,

Here is the AX2012 retail cube reference site:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../retail-cube-retailcube-for-microsoft-dynamics-ax-2012-r2-and-r3

    Do you use this cube?

    Have you added/modified something?

I guess that some configurations/setups are missing that cause the N/A output. If you look at the how the output is calculated, you should be able to identify the missing configuration/setup.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

There are 99% chances of having value N/A in any cube. What N/A is..? it means not applicable.

Imagine you have list of sales orders, with each order having a Region so data will be divided something as following

    Region Total Sales
    EU 100
    Asia 120
    America 47

But what if few sales orders are not having the value for this field Region. Here how the result would be.

    Region Total Sales
    EU 100
    Asia 120
    America 47
    N/A 87

Cube categorizes the data always with unknown/NA value, though this behavior can be modified by modification of queries in SSAS.

I don't think having N/A should be problem.

I would encourage you to re-process your cubes from SQL server.
