Hi all,

Hope anyone can help me out with the following.

We have a Sales Order with one Sales Order Line. On that line for item X the quantity is 1 and the unit is 25 kg. When we print/open the Sales Order Confirmation for the same order, on the report it shows the unit of 2500 kg instead of 25. We have already checked the Unit Conversion but over there it is ok (1 bag = 25 kg).

Does anyone have a great tip where to find the cause of this phenomenon/issue?

Could be that you have us formatted data for decimals? (.) instead of (,) so when the the data is printed the system think is 2500 instead of 25,00 kg?

Thanks for the tip. Where can I find this formatting setting? I think you don't mean the language setting am I correct?

It's the country on user option, it will inherit data handling from that. Check if setting another country you get a different data visualization on the report
