Can I create development environment for Dynamics GP 2013 with web client installed in a single machine? Know someone who can answer? Please help. Thanks in advance. HEB Partner

Yes. You can use a self signed cerificate and when you install the web client select Single Machine.
You can also install Dexterity if you want?
