Can anyone tell me how to import Microsoft Project data into Nav? Specifically a WBS or work force resources?

You can use XML Ports (Project, Milestones, WBS, Resource Assignements); you can schedule import by NAS
Automation
You can use NAV .NET interoperabity to write directly in MS Project (export) and viceversa (import).
