Performance testing AX, probably with LoadRunner - Need Advise

We at our company are going to implement Dynamics AX 2009 for AR & Billing modules. And for load and performance testing, we are planning to use LoadRunner.

At this point in time, the project is still in the design phase, and we have not had an opportunity to test whether LoadRunner would be able to record on AX, and I don't know how hard/easy it is gong to be creating Vuser scripts.

I was just wondering if any of you guys are aware of anyone using LoadRunner with AX. If yes, how did it go? What protocol within LoadRunner was used for recording scripts?

And if the answer was a no, then what other tool was used?
