To Finished The Recruitment Project Automaticaly

Hello Every one ...my query is regrading the recruitment project in HRM module ..suppose i have the no of opening is 4 i make the display method below that only and which count how many employe..suppose no of opening is 4 when 1 worker is employee the display method show the no of vacant is 3...so when the no of vacant become "0" ...i want to finished the recruitment project automatically..i do not want to finish the recruitment project manualy want to do it automatically when the display fields shows the "0"..recruitment project finished ....please hep me out in this issue........

       The validations which you mentioned is good and we can do that. But can you please share some more information about your question with screenshots!

    @Suresh potlakayala... here is the screenshot i just want that when the vacant become "0"..in the action pane there is the button recruitment project where i have to finish the project manually..i just want that when the no of vacant become zero project status changed to finish automatically...  

    the path of it is 

    USMF/Human resources/Common/Recruitment/Recruitment projects......

    Hi,

        If you want to validate anything related as said in your question. that you can do it in validate filed in table.

        But if you want to change the status. then write piece of code to change the status in table modified field method or form > data source > field > modified.

    Thanks @Suresh potlakayala.. for reply but i already done this also the status change is working on the active method...but the problem is to make it finished status we have to open the form then only the status will change...by default it is in started state.....

    Hi,

         After finished status, there is no Qty to create recruitment project. Also you can use primary Index to change the status.

    HRMRecruitingTable.hrmRecruitingId this is the index which is unique for that table.

    But you need to open that form to change status as finished.

    @Suresh potlakayala thats the thing is that to finished the status i have to open the form it does not read the value the display means when the vacant become 0 by default it change the status.........the  recruitment project  button use the class " Class/hrmrecruitingTableStatusChange" but i am little bit confus in that the logic is not working in the class....
