Hey All,

I have a user case can you help me on this.

Pre-requested:
In Files Service Setting as Time Entry Generation Strategy - " Manual "

3 Users in System and Security Roles
user one- Field Service Admin
User Two- Dispatcher
User Three- Field Technician

Scenario:
-> User Two (Dispatcher) creates a work order and Assigned to User Three (field technician).
-> User Three Started assigned work order and once completed his work he change the work order "system status" = Open-Closed.
-> User Three created a new time entries record for how much time he spend on earlier assign work order

Question :
Who will be approve for that User three created Time Entry record? and How its approval process should be configure?
