Hi,
I have an event registration form on use, where you can select from two options when registering: either you attend the event on time A or you attend on time B.
I want to make an email, where based on what time you're attending, contact either gets a message stating that "Event is held tomorrow at time A" or "Event is held tomorrow at time B", based on their registration response. Responses are gathered by using a custom registration field.
I've been looking through real time marketing personalization settings but can't find a way to return the value based on contact registration response. Any tips on how to make this work? Or should I try to make a journey with two emails and based on responses?

Hi,
Please refer to my steps.
Now create a new Column and click section here.
The click the "Enable conditional content"
Then add two conditions. Click the first condition and edit the text like "Your event time is in Time A ", the condition B is the same.
This enables different messages to be sent for different fields of the contact.
