Translation in Dynamics 365 Field Service for Multilingual Users

hi All !

In Dynamics 365 Field Service, we rely on reservation statuses, work order sub-statuses, contract substatus, and other data stored in Dataverse tables. With our user base being multilingual, some utilize the tool in French, others in English, Spanish, etc. We're encountering translation issues with this data, which isn't translatable through Dynamics' standard translation management, unlike with option-set fields, for instance.

We'd prefer not to duplicate values across all languages used, as this would require a French user creating a reservation for an English-speaking resource to select the reservation status in English during planning. How can we effectively manage translations for such data without resorting to duplicating values across languages ?

We appreciate any insights or suggestions the community can provide.

Hi, that's a pity that nobody answered to this interesting question. We are exactly in the same situation... Except option lists, we have no option.
