Hi:

In using Visual Studio Code for working with Application Language, you can search on "barcodes" and "QR" to install extensions for generating barcodes and QR codes.

For those who have done this, is one extension better than another?

You don't need any third-party app, BC standard has built in barcode and QR code functionality.
