Need help on how to put an additional amount for an employee that wants to have more state taxes withheld. It seems the box is no longer there in the state taxes.

If you go to (HR & Payroll >> Cards >> Payroll >> State Tax) and pull up the employee, there should be an Additional State Withholding field that you can fill in specific to the employee/State that you select.
