Configuring SMTP Mail setup # generates an Error

Dears,

I am trying to configure the SMTP Mail Setup but when I try to send approval request the below error is generated.

    Hey Eri Aron

    You have to coordinate with the one who owes admin right on your 192.168.1.25. The Admin or Tech Support Guy will give access to this IP to allow an anonymous mail to be sent.

    I would not suggest this due to security reason.

    Thanks , It works with userId and PWRD but how do I configure SMTP Server to permit anonymous mailing.

    Hi Eri Aron,

    If your SMTP server permits anonymous mailing then only you can use this Option else you should try Authentication an Basic and put your credentials in UsedID & PWD.

    Check with authentication as Basic, enter the proper credentials (User ID & Password) and see the results.
