We are wanting to create a system view that will help us determine cases that are older than 2 days and 7 days.

In more than 2 days system view.

We are wanting to see cases that are more than 2 days only, so cases more than 3 days should not reflect on this view but will fall under more than 7 days..

Hi,

You can use Last X hours 72 (3 days) and combine it with Older than 48 hours.

*Need at least CRM 2015 Update 1

Hi,

Try to build the criteria using Advance find with Older than 2 days / Older than 7 days etc and verify the results. Once you are done with the advance find, use the same criteria and create the system.
