Hi Everyone,
I am new to Dynamics HR. We have a few employees that do not have an email account in the company nor they are in AAD. I need to give them access to their self service portal. How can I achieve that please without having to create them in Azure Active Directory. Currently we are trying on a trial so unsure when we will have user cals if that will change. An example would be john.doe@yahoo.com or john.doe@myowndomain.com.
Any advise is welcome.

Rajbps

Yes I forgot to update it here. The solution worked well. I need to do some more testing but its looking good. Thank you for that one :-)
Hi Rajbps,
Did you able to access the Yahoo account in D365 HR using the above link?
@Parag,
the user will be linked to a person as he/she will be on there also as a person/worker. As they are not in AAD I can create them manually but when I go to log in, I get the issue with Microsoft account login. :-( is there any documentation that states in such a scenario the end user will not be able to log on the system please? Also when we will go in the live system would adding a user license fix the issue. If yes do we need to create that user in AAD to add the user license to him/her.
Regards,
rajbps
Hi Rajbps,
I don't think it is possible directly but Admin has to create a guest user in Azure AD. To access employee self-service, The Person should be available in the User list and It should be assigned to person
