Hi community,

Can someone guide that can we approve purchase order without login GP on email or any other way? If it can possible then what procedure should follow to make this.

You'll want to look in the 'Dynamics' logs of the Event Viewer on the server(s) that Web Client is installed onto, that is where Web Client writes all of its error/warning information.

Also, try stopping and restarting the 'GP Session Central Service' and 'GP Session Service' if you haven't already done so, I frequently have to do that on brand, new installs of Web Client the first time I attempt to login.....

I just installed the web client services on GP server but I am facing below error while accessing GP using web browser.

If you're referencing Workflow in Dynamics GP, you can set it up to use Web Services so that Workflow approvers will receive email notifications that have an Approve and Reject link on them. These links work with Web Services for Dynamics GP and allow users to be able to approve the workflows from the email notifications via browser window that uses the Web Services endpoint URL to make the connection to the GP databases.

As Workflow uses Windows user accounts, not GP logins, approvers don't need to login to Dynamics GP at all.

You would just need Dynamics GP 2013 R2 or above and Web Services for Dynamics GP installed on those company databases you want to run Workflow on.
