Add-in won't show up i NAV

Hi

I have moved a project from one computer to another computer, the project uses an add-in. On the first comuter I have no problems. On the other a Codeunit does not compile. The dll is added to the add-in folder in the client folder of NAV. The error message I receive is "Could not load type <dll-info>". The Subtype name is shown under Global Variables, but under Assist-edit for the variable no types are shown and when I lookup to see the assembly list the dll is not shown. I have also tried to register the dll but it does not show up under .NET then.

Any idea what might be the cause of this. Thanks in advance.

Johan

Are you sure you added the dll in add-in folder of the classic client and not, by mistake, in the one of RTC?

Sorry about the late reply. I think I was unclear in my first message. The problem occur in NAV2013 and there is no Classic Client folder to use. So yes I did put the dll in the RTC add-in folder. The add-in is made to work on POS:es and we are making these stand-alone with everything installed on one machine, so that a network problem won't interfere with the sales. I don't have any problems with the POS:es, I have successfully  tried on another one. The problem still exist on the server environment where we need the dll for development.

Did you also add under service folder?

    General path is under

    Program Files/Dynamics NAV/70/Service/Add-in

Yes I also did add in under the service folder without success. I also restarted the service after I added it to see if  that had any effect.
