D365 Sales Enterprise with Customer Service Professional Attach

Hi All,

Please can someone clarify if it is possible to license a user with Sales Enterprise and a Customer Service Professional in the same tenant and instance/environment as the licensing guide, at least in my interpretation, alludes to this being possible based on the matrix below:

There are lots of references to the idea that it is not possible to mix and match Enterprise and Professional versions in the same instance/environment, but these references are always about Sales OR Customer Service products in isolation and not Sales Enterprise + Customer Service Professional Attach OR Customer Service Enterprise + Sales Professional Attach...

    There is no readily available information on this. Is there a way to setup a test environment to see if this is a feasible solution?

    (D365 Sales Enterprise with Customer Service Pro attached) I have a client that I am looking to confirm this for.

    Yes, this means that Sales Enterprise has an instance and Sales Professional has another instance. So you can't mix them.

    In the same tenant is allowed. However, I'm not sure that the user can be in the same instance.(Didn't find any information about this.) You would better raise a ticket to consult Microsoft.
