I am evaluating CS Hub using a sandbox environment and am not receiving any email notifications, can anyone advise why this would be?

Hi CathyAnne,
“sending email notifications” means that you use workflow to send email notifications, right?
If so, you will have to have Server Side Sync or the Email Router set up for Dynamics CRM before it can actually send mail.
Then you can send emails directly from the crm instead of through the workflow to test if there is a problem with the workflow.
If the question is on the workflow, can you provide screenshot for the workflow?

If the mailbox you're trying to send the notifications from is not connected to your sandbox you won't be able to do this.
Thanks for your reply Leah, I have pointed this to our IT manager, I think it may need setting up in the email server as suggested. However could you explain a little more about this... “sending email notifications” means that you use workflow to send email notifications, right? I'm still trying to figure my way around for my evaluation. Thanks for your help. Cathy
