Hi Kyi Moh,
It cannot be shown in the form of case directly.
But you can achieve it a more eclectic approach.
1. Open the form of Case entity (The one used in Customer Service Hub by default is called Case for Interactive experience) in Power Apps.
2. Find the lookup field for Contact and tick the option "Use Main Form Dialog for Edit".
3. Save and publish it.
Then refresh the Customer Service Hub and click on the contact.
It is displayed as a pop-up dialog instead of jumping to the corresponding contact's form which allows you to see the timeline of the contact and will not leave the form of the case at the same time.
